It’s a lot better now than it was in previous months
They always do a great job and care about their customers. I came by right after my prescription was called in by my doctor, hoping they would be able to fill it by the time I was done shopping. They were short staffed and said they probably wouldn’t have it filled for a few hours. I asked if I could get the prescription transferred since I was in pain and needed the meds as soon as possible. They did all they could to speed up the process and ended up getting my prescription ready before I left the store. True courtesy.
I have been getting prescriptions filled for as long as they have been open. Every one that works in the pharmacy are extremely helpful & very friendly. I hate to say this, but because I have been getting my meds filled here for so long, they all know my name/face & go out of their way to rush my rx script to get it filled in a short time. I appreciate that they do remember me, & do not hesitate to stop what they are doing to help speed up the process, because of my medical conditions. I will definitely recommend this Kroger Pharmacy & the employees who work there.
Went to get a prescription filled and mentioned we had a Good Rx code. The woman behind the counter, under her breath, said, “of course you do.” Terrible customer service.
I have been using this pharmacy for five years. Staff is professional and are always ready to answer my questions. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
