  1. Did not offer a generic version of my prescription even though one was available and I told them I couldn’t afford the asking price of the name brand ($300). Had to leave and do my own research then come back and ask for generic. Paid $15.

  2. This is a very basic service pharmacy. If you are expecting a modern full-service pharmacy look elsewhere. For example, when the pharmacy staff are working on a prescription – for example, trying to get a prior authorization, they do not inform you. I recently submitted a refill request using the Kroger Pharmacy website. After I heard nothing for several days, I called and they said that they were waiting on my physician to complete a prior authorization. This is even though I have always paid out of pocket using the Goodrx app. There are also often panhandlers in the parking lot. The prices are good on most medications, if you use Goodrx.

  3. Pharmacy carries good generic brands in their customer accessible area that are good quality and low in price. The store is large but provides electric carts and help carrying out to your vehicle if needed in a friendly manner. I personally switched my prescriptions to a different pharmacy several years ago because the store manager refused to address a big problem. I have been told that the person causing the problems is now gone.

  4. Apparently they can’t fill your prescription if it’s a controlled medication unless you have another non-controlled medication to fill there as well, which would be understandable if they’d bother to call and let the patient know. Instead they just change the date it’ll be available, knowing when said date comes they still won’t fill it unless you have a second prescription for a different medication to fill Instead of calling the patient to tell them that. If a person is getting a controlled prescription filled, then you know it’s medication they need to function, so why wouldn’t you call them to let them know you won’t fill it so they can have it transferred???
