  1. Great at having what other pharmacies don’t but terrible at answering the phone. I Tried to call, and the phone rang for 10 minutes. No answering machine to leave a message, nothing. This was on a Wednesday at 9am. I understand being busy, but have a back-up plan, phone service, anything so customers can leave a message.

  2. I’m so over them. My doc sent my script in, and I knew it was a couple days early so didn’t think anything of it. I sent my husband to pick them up and they weren’t ready, and they tell him they don’t have it in stock. This is Friday night. So now I have to wait until Monday so I can have my doc send them in somewhere else. I switched from Walgreens because they never had my meds in stock, but at least Walgreens let me know as soon as they were sent in so I could let my doc know and have them send them somewhere else. Krogers does not do that. Plus if your doc sends something in and it’s not time to fill them you have to literally call them on the day they can be filled and ask them to fill them. They won’t just do it like most pharmacies do. Making people come off there meds and go without because they can’t take the time to let someone know they are out of stock is dangerous, and very uncomfortable for someone who has been taking those meds for a long period of time. Looks like I’ll be calling around and finding a new pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened, but it’s going to be the last. Oh and I did try calling them on Thursday just to make sure everything was good to go, and the phone just rang and rang no one would pick up. Had they picked up there phone I would have known they were out of stock and been able to send my meds somewhere else. I understand people get busy, but at least pick up and ask someone to hold. This is completely unacceptable! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

  3. This place is AWFUL!!!!! I’ve had so many issues with this pharmacy. Everyone always lies and tells you something different. One guy told me all my prescriptions were ready. When I drive 50 minutes to get there I find out that the one I need is not ready nor was it ever ready! They have to order it. The lady with glasses and blonde hair said it was order would be here by 2 the next day. Well come to find out it lol as NEVER ordered nor is there at 2 the following day. They could order it and it be here Monday. If it wasn’t ordered before and isn’t here the first time why would I believe it to be there the second time? I’m transferring everything because this is the 5th time it’s happened. The management is awful! They always have a turn around and I know why now! They need to actually teach the employees about the job that needs to be done! Worst Kroger pharmacy I have ever dealt with.

  4. Very disappointed in Krogers pharmacy. I put in my prescription 3 weeks earlier to make sure there is no problems. I come to pick up and they say it not ready. Come back next day and they say it is on order?…..is it not ready or on order. This is unacceptable and i ll be transferring my prescriptions to someplace more stable
