Iāve lived near this store for over 5 years, over the last 3 since Covid, the store has been managed terribly. Lines usually take more than 10 min for both self checkout and regular checkout. Grocery pickup is usually associated with a very long wait in your car. Thatās assuming they even get you the correct items. Itās clear that the customer doesnāt matter to them.
It was clean, well stocked, prices reasonable compared to other grocery stores, and friendly workers. They always seem to have a great selection of meat on sale. Their premade food is also quite good. I like their app, especially for using online coupons. This is our standard grocery store now.
Love to shop here. Great prices, especially with the plus card. Produce is so fresh and well stocked.
So thankful for Hatim at the Kroger on 72 today. ā¤ļø Grief is a strange, frustrating thing. I had a meltdown totally opposite of my character and personality, just because the scanning machine was working against me. I was so overwhelmed that I asked him if I could be āextraā and have him just scan it all for me. I just could not do it. I tried 3 times to scan things and the machine just wouldnāt. I wanted to leave my whole cart and run away crying. But I didnāt. Hatim was probably thinking I was a wacko fruitcake, but he kindly helped me without judgement (aloud anyways ā¦.) If you see this gentleman, he is hard working and kind. I am so thankful. Tell him he is amazing.
NICOLE just made this shopping experience the WORST I have ever had at a Kroger! Left the store without even purchasing my groceries that I spent 45 min shopping for because she made me so upset. She had the WORST customer service ever and they should not allow her to engage with ANY customers! She needs to learn people skills. All I wanted was the items that were on sale for the sale priceā¦ is that too much to askā¦ evidently so as far as she was concernedā¦ I tried really hard to be patient with her but itās like she was trying to make me madā¦ if I ever decide to ship here again simply because the location is convenient for me and I see herā¦ Iād go in the opposite directionā¦I am going to take the high road and not not say anything mean about her but letās just say she has other things to be concerned about other than harassing customers and giving them a hard time when they are trying to buy groceries to feed their familyā¦ Iāll go now to a different store to shop for the groceries that I left in the cart at Kroger because of Nicoleā¦ terrible ugly human being!
