I’ve been going to this Kroger for quite a few years now. It has been on a steady decline since COVID. I was hoping that it would get everything figured out again but alas, that doesn’t appear to be happening.
The selection is poor, except the beer, not bad there (as long as it isn’t Sunday 🙄). The meat department selection and availability is atrocious.
I suppose I shall move on the the Publix in Priceville.
The bright spot are the employees but perhaps the store needs new management in order to improve stock and selection.
I had a few items that I needed for a weekend meal. Kroger was crowded as to be expected with inclement weather coming Monday and Tuesday. The shelves were the lowest I think I have ever seen.
The specials were all gone and I was able to get a rain check on one item but it was like pulling teeth from staff to acknowledge much less advise where I could get the documentation.
I had to walk the service center person on what was on sale, why I needed one and the cost and amount I was requesting.
Management could do a better job training staff so that this could have been avoided.
Grocery pickup is always so fast and convenient! Employees are always very friendly and helpful.
Pharmacy is great and so are the employees…Mandy is great…saw Laura..James and Dusty today…stock up for Easter
Their prices have increased dramatically over the past few years! The store brand was economical until lately, now it’s extremely overpriced. They can’t touch Aldi’s prices or Walmart’s prices! About the most positive thing I can say about Kroger is the store brand ice cream 🍦 is excellent and at the sale price a good buy.
