  1. First time using & 10/10 recommend! Normally I use Instacart (Walmart/Publix/Aldi), I split everything up based on lower prices/better quality food, it’s a hassle & almost never impressed, always receiving expired items, picking it up (not trying to complain, just stating). However, I did not have these issues with Kroger. I wasn’t able to use the app bc it wouldn’t accept any address for some reason, but I had no problems accessing through the website. Overall, the experience was AMAZING!!! I saved almost $120, received twice as many groceries for less money than I’d normally spend, & at the absolute BEST QUALITY! My groceries were delivered for free (for the first time), bagged & stored exceptionally well, & the customer service was excellent! I will be using Kroger from now on! Thank you for the wonderful services!!(:

  2. I just received my delivery and my bell pepper was rotten and growing mold inside. Also, 2 of my kombucha’s were missing. Not the first time. Last time my ice cream box was actually open, and an ice cream bar was missing.Do better!!

  3. OMG!! I’m so super impressed by Kroger. My delivery driver David, was super polite and professional. I only had a small grocery order because I wasn’t sure of what type of service I would receive. Next time, I get all of the groceries from Kroger. I had a case of water and he made sure I could handle it (senior citizen). Groceries were neatly placed in my rolling cart for my convenience. Bread and eggs were in a separate bag, nothing smushed. My ice cream was little thawed, but that happens. Based on my experience today I would give 10 stars if I could. Too bad they won’t let the drivers accept tips because this young man deserved a tip.

    07/02/2024 Changing rating to 1 stars. I set up delivery for 1pm. I was texted at 6am by driver asking if they could come early. When my phone came out of sleep at 8 am, I texted driver back if they could come before 10am fine, if not it would have have to be 1pm as scheduled. Received text back saying they could definitely come before 10am. Subsequently received a text from Kroger at 7:55 am that I was the next stop and the ETA was 1:04 pm. Oookay.

    Next text was at 12:45 that my order had arrived and my receipt was ready. There was no knock at the door that I heard. The ice cream was melted and there were cans on top of my bread. Bags were torn. Drinks were loose. It was a glorified mess that was no better than Walmart!! I am not a happy customer and will have to rethink further association with Kroger.
    I have photos but Google is not letting me post those.

  4. WARNING: Do not place an order on the last day of a promotion even if KROGER cancels your first order. You will need to screenshot every step of the process because the receipt from the final delivery will not be the final receipt. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING!!! When you call about the issue, they will ask for the final receipt you saw because it will not be the final receipt the next day.
