Absolutely great! I had a stripped lug nut had tried everything I could, my grandfather included, called K&W they came to us got it off in NO TIME. Helped us take the other tire off as well and gave me plenty of advice too!

We had a significant oil leak due to a poor oil change from another service center. We were about stranded in Cottondale, but Mario and the staff at K&M moved their schedule around to get us fixed up and back on the road. I’d give 6 stars if I could. They were very friendly, very polite, and very professional.
My cousin found K&M Mobile Mechanix as I was so stressed out about my car breaking. I have a tiny car and the parts are hard to find, not even 100,000 miles on it but K&M Mobile Mechanix and Auto Repair showed up and had my gear shifter bushing fixed the same day. They called around and found the part came right back and had my test drive my car. Then to top it off they let me know if it happened again, they would replace the whole rod at just the cost of the rod. IF I ever have car issues again, they will be who I call and or text. They were both so friendly and made me feel at ease about my car. My oldest daughter gets married this month, so I have a ton going on but wanted to say THANK YOU to K&M!
On Saturday 8/13/2022 the serpentine belt on my Lincoln Navigator broke due to the pulley on my water pump not being properly installed by another shop a few days prior. I was on the Interstate about 6 miles outside of Tuscaloosa and looked on the internet for shops nearby. Once I got my truck there the mechanic immediately found the source of the issue and began to get to work. I was back on the road in no time and the repair cost was very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They even got in touch with me later on that evening to make sure that I was all good. I had a very great experience dealing with this place and I recommend them to anyone. To be completely honest they made me feel like I was like family or a good friend. 5 Stars!

I’m a traveling nurse from Georgia and my battery light came on my way to work. I went to battery plus and was told I needed a alternator.I googled mobile mechanic and this company information came up. I called and explained my situation and they were on it. I gave my car information and my location. They came to my job and fixed my car within 2 hours. Great customer service and a good mechanic who knows what he’s doing. The price was fair as well. I would recommend this service anytime. They even texted to see if I made it back to Georgia the next day.
