Ramon gives 100% to his work and treats every guest with exceptional care. He pays attention to every little detail, making sure everyone feels important.

Iāve stayed at this hotel about five times now, and I can confidently say itās one of the best in Palm Springs! Its location is perfect, within walking distance to all the great downtown spots. The staff is always amazingāspecial shout out to the concierge, Gina, who consistently goes above and beyond to make our stays memorable, especially when weāre celebrating something.
One thing to note is that this isnāt an adults-only hotel, unlike some others in Palm Springs. The rooftop and pool area has a cool, loungey vibe, but every time weāve gone itās filled with loud kids, which can be a bit unwelcome when youāre trying to relax. If youāre looking for a more serene, adults-only atmosphere, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall, itās a fantastic hotel, but the presence of kids at the pool is something to be aware of.

I recently stayed at the KIMPTON Rowan in Palm Springs and had an outstanding experience. The rooftop swimming pool is a definite highlight, offering stunning views and a great place to relax. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, and the $60 credit was a nice touch.
The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. Both the front desk girl and the valet guys were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The inclusion of valet parking in the price is a great convenience.
The location is perfect, with most attractions and dining options within walking distance. The premises are spotlessly clean, and the shower pressure is excellent.
We canāt wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Good
The staff is absolutely amazing.
The Bad
The pool is tiny and I only 3.5 feet deep. In a hot city like Palm Springs and for a hotel of this size and caliber it is insufficient. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.
The lobby. A complete waste of space.
The food. Horrible in my opinion. Heavy, friend and lacks any flavor or complexity.
The rooms: Basic
The Location: Good for exploring downtown Palm Springs.
Summary: It feels like a hotel that locals visit to go or feel somewhere fancy. If you are from a larger city the hotel will probably disappoint as it isnāt fancy or nice.
I meet a lot of great people on the tiny rooftop pool but would suggest you stay at a larger resort if you are not visiting Palm Springs to go to a pretentious none fancy hotel .
Itās basic in every possible way except for its amazingly friendly staff.
Just off the strip, excellent staff and service. The room service food (salad) was overpriced and dry, but the fries were really good. Rooftop pool & bar were busy and fun, rooftop restaurant next door was busy and expensive. Happy hour wine and beer (free), coffee in the morning (free). We got an upgrade after the sink wouldnāt drain, but they were very professional. Great stay, weāll come back.
