I am thankful I found Ken May Insurance. I was able to talk directly with Kim our agent. Imagine that, a live person, not a bot. Who not only understands exactly what I needed (landlord coverage) but is local and familiar with North County in general, and my own neighborhood in particular.
Ken May Insurance completely dropped the ball on helping us renew our policy which resulted in our policy expiring without any options given to us. They had extremely poor communication and did not seem concerned about the urgency to have a policy in place on our home. We still haven’t heard from them and now we received a letter that they didn’t provide the necessary information for us to receive a quote. I do not recommend working with them. We ended up finding another broker who was 10x more helpful.
Ken May insurance is an excellent service to use. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they try very hard to get the best insurance at a good price; to fit one’s needs. I also appreciate them getting back to you in a reasonable time frame if they were busy with another client.
I have been with Ken May Insurance now for over 15 years. They are the best company I’ve ever dealt with right on top of things know what’s going on. Anytime you call they take care of you all the girls are super nice and take care of things I’ve never had a problem with them at all and I’m just grateful that I’ve been able to deal with them for so long, I would recommend them to anybody in California that needs insurance with Mercury insurance.
