We wanted to remodel our kitchen and had our own contractor but needed some design help. We found Kitchen Makers and decided to visit the showroom and talk with someone. We called and made an appointment to get going, mind you we didn’t know what we wanted we just had a soon to be gutted kitchen with no clue of layout. After visiting and consulting we were thoroughly impressed with the knowledge they shared with us including different quality and design tips. We asked for a few different layout renders and we finally decided on version 7! We are picky and wanted to get this right the first time. Kitchen Makers were very easy to work with and never got frustrated with us. We not only needed cabinets, we needed countertops, a sink, hardware, and new flooring.
Kitchen Makers always answered any questions we had and was extremely easy to work with. The prices were very fair and we could not be happier with our decision to order everything from them. All materials came in on schedule, zero complaints.
We damaged a panel from a water leak that was 100% our fault. We called Kitchen Makers and they replaced the damaged panel at no cost. We could not believe the exceptional customer service on all levels. We truly highly recommend going with this company, they really know the products and have samples in the showroom to look at.
Having never done a remodel project before, I knew I wanted to go with a company that would handle all aspects of this and deliver it turnkey. From start to finish, the entire team at Kitchen Makers was a joy to work with. Every person from design, to project management to the workers on site were always courteous, professional and respectful of my home. I did (2) bathrooms in series, our master bedroom bath and guest bathroom.which were done in under 8 weeks total with little to no disruption to my house. The materials are a quality grade and I’m glad I followed their recommendations on design, because the final result is awesome! I would highly recommend this company for any bathroom project.
About a month ago I happened to enter a small and magical showroom, with an amazing team of designers, who helped me organize my kitchen design. Rana and Shawn were very patient with my questions and my ideas. The team provided me with answers to all my questions and found me a creative solution for another corner of the house where I needed cabinets around the TV area 🙂 The service was courteous throughout the process and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the products I ordered. Shon offered excellent recommendations and made several tweaks to help us stay within our budget while ensuring that we got the features, quality and look we wanted. Shon was an extraordinary asset in our Kitchen remodelling project.
