I know it’s a cliche to say I would give 10 stars, but I seriously mean it.
I used to take my vehicle to another local shop however I finally parted ways with them this year over several issues, one of them being prices, and another was that they always were seeming to find things that needed to be replaced (even though said shop had just replaced the part a year ago as an example). The most recent findings this year would have cost me closer to $1000, so I decided to get some other estimates. I called several other local shops and I was quoted $250-$400 less for the work.
Ultimately I choose K R Automotive after having a nice conversation with them and reading the great reviews on here.
Dropped my car off today for them to check out the said repairs that were needed and ultimately they did not need to be done. I was assured my car was safe to drive.
I seriously don’t know how many other shops would have this integrity but I know I left today feeling assured by a very experienced mechanic which I am very grateful to.
This will be my go to shop from now on.
Randy and Kevin always do a great job taking care of us, you have never met more honest mechanics than these two. Have been doing business with them for 20 years.
