2. To Whom May Concern,
   I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. We booked Room #7223 for a family vacation, hoping for a comfortable and enjoyable time. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that.

   On the night of our stay, we encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning in our room. At around 12:30 AM, the AC stopped working entirely. As you can imagine, this created an extremely uncomfortable situation, especially with three young children who were already exhausted. The heat in the room quickly became unbearable, causing the kids to cry and making it impossible for any of us to get any rest.

   I called room service immediately, and while the engineer who came to check the AC was professional, he confirmed that the unit was not functioning. This was deeply disappointing, as we were left in an uncomfortable room with no viable solution in the middle of the night.

   Frankly, this experience turned our vacation into a nightmare. We expected better service and facilities from a hotel of your reputation, but instead, we were left frustrated and exhausted.

   I request that you address this issue promptly and consider offering compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused to my family. This was a significant disruption to our vacation, and I believe it warrants an appropriate response from your management.

   I look forward to hearing back from you soon with a resolution.

3. We stayed here on a free Marriott night and it was a great stop on our road trip. The bed was extremely comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had to bring in medical supplies and the porter brought in two luggage carts full and unloaded with a smile!

   Room service was quick and delicious and we ate at Aquifer 65 in the lobby. The lobby restaurant is delicious and quiet – well thought out to keep down noise and good for those with sensory sensitivities.

   We spent plenty of money while at the resort, but we don’t regret any of it!

4. Stayed there for the Labor Day holiday. Never again on that holiday as there were way too many kids. Kids banged on our door and ran. Also a whining dog left in the room next door. Felt like Disney land. Was expecting more of an adult vibe. Also experienced one rude server at the center bar. He didn’t want to wipe our table and attended to a larger table next to our party. Epic fail in his part. Only highlight was the view of the main pool from our room and the gym.

5. Some staff were excellent such as the true workers, wait staff, maids, room service. Front desk…left a lot to be desired. The rooms were nice, but no where near the ballrooms for our convention. It was as if I had to walk 3 miles 3 or 4 times a day to attend events. Lobby floors very uneven and “stumble worthy”. The hotel did keep fruit infused water to keep us hydrated. Food was ok.
