There are far too many options in the area, so if you’d like to be treated with respect for your Disney visit, save your money and avoid this property. We splurged for a “Hospitality” Suite and adjoining King room and got the opposite, terrible service from check-in to our departure. There was no real Titanium treatment and among the worst service I’ve had in my twenty years of travel and to make matters worse, this was a special trip with my two young kids and husband. People hard for our money, so spend it elsewhere where you’re treated with respect, too many other properties in the area – next time we’ll stay with one of them and AVOID this place. The one positive was the manager running the breakfast buffet and his waitstaff, the rest of the place should take notes.
We stayed a few days with three kids age 7 , 13 and 16. Great hotel and staff . Parking charges are a bit steep but you can park at the parking lot next door for half the price. Joy (one of the managers ) was especially good and made sure everything was taken care of . Location is great as well . A few minutes walk to the free Disney shuttle , really helped . Highly recommend this hotel .
We loved our stay at the JW Marriott Anaheim Resort. From the moment we walked in, Daniella made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to provide excellent service and answer all of our questions. We had adjoining king-queen rooms with our Disney package and the king room was available before check-in time. After a long travel day, it was nice to relax and freshen up before dinner. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are posh with comfortable beds, and the view of the theme parks was wonderful. The best part was the large walk-in shower with amazing water pressure. I didn’t want to get out of the shower. The walk to Disney was 10-15 minutes, there are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area, and the valet team was top notch (not cheap, but worth it). Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disneyland.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Anaheim Resort and it exceeded all my expectations. Aaron the receptionist was incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with top-notch service and hospitality. The hotel’s luxurious and modern design immediately caught my eye, setting the tone for a truly wonderful stay.
The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities provided were of the highest quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The on-site dining options were exceptional, offering a diverse selection of delicious dishes to satisfy any craving.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland, making it the perfect choice for families and Disney enthusiasts. The hotel’s location at GardenWalk also provided easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Overall, the JW Marriott Anaheim Resort is a gem in the heart of Anaheim. The level of luxury, comfort, and service provided exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay near Disneyland.
Property is severely understaffed and it is too bad because we have had nice experiences in the past, but this time was TOTALLY different. At check in, expect very long lines, whether it’s 3pm or 7pm you will be waiting. If you want to purchase some coffees/ water/ snacks, etc you have to wait in that same long check-in line. If you want the concierge or in-room dining, prepare to wait on hold or expect them not to pick up at all. The rooms are nice and the proximity to the park is close. If you aren’t service-oriented, then this property may work for you. Unfortunately, it will be our last stay. We work too hard for our money not to receive good service.
