This condo is so so nice and spacious. Love that you can look out over the bay from your balcony.
We loved staying here while on vacation. The room was clean and everything was well stocked. We also loved having the opportunity to fish off of the docks and caught quite a few fish there and blue crabs! We will definitely come here again in the future!
Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean, Beds are comfortable. Quiet place. We were in rm 209. Nice dock. Parking was fine with one vehicle. The company that rents it out states beach access, it DOES NOT. You have to drive a mile or so away to a public access. If you cross the street as it looks like you can, you are actually trespassing. Best option is Fla-bama down the road.
This is our second year coming and the first year was amazing! The balcony was beautiful and a short walk to the beach awesome. Beds were comfortable and clean the first year, but this year I found sand in my sheets… But other than that, it was very nice! Bathtub could have been cleaner, but the we had just enough towels and wash cloths. Very nice place.
DO NOT RENT FROM Jubilee Landing! Its a beautiful spot, but the local residents are determined to keep people from renting. They only allow 1 vehicle to be parked per condo. So if you rent a condo that sleeps 8 – you have to go park any other vehicles at the Flora-Bama and move them everyday so it doesn’t look like its an abandoned vehicle.
