In September I called Johnson power equipment needing some help with my walker mower. I had a large oil leak coming from an axle seal on my left hydro. I did 5 minutes worth of research and seen that walker had discontinued this model of hydroās and it was near impossible to find a aftermarket. But I called my local dealer anyway to see if they could help. They insured they could and for me to bring it in. So I did. In January I called just to check how the progress was going with my mower and they told me they had ordered a part and it would be ready soon. A week later they called and said they couldnāt find anything wrong with my mower. They said they adjusted the RPMās. So I went and paid their bill to get my mower back. It drove fine loading it up on my trailer. I got home (30 min away) to find a very large puddle of oil in my driveway that the seal had leaked out again. So I called them back to let them know that and they said bring it in and they would fix it. So I took it back and asked if they would refund my money and they did. They told me the hydro was bad and they would order me a new one. They called me a couple of days later and told me a price in a new hydro and I told them to order it and fix it. A week later they called me and said they canāt get the correct hydro and they canāt fix my mower, for me to come pick it up. So I went and picked it up and there is another charge they want me to pay because they tore it down getting ready for the new hydro. My mower wasnāt fixed. I was confused why I owed them money when it was there mistake saying they could get the correct hydro. They were very ugly to me saying they spent all this time on my mower when it was their mistake in the first place not ordering the correct hydro. I just try to treat people like I want to be treated and places like this take advantage of people like me. I wont be back. After talking with other lawn care friends they have had terrible experiences with this place.
They have always taken care of me with a neighborly smile. Their inventory is absolutely top notch, so they arenāt cheap. But thereās a reason why they arenāt cheapā¦.their inventory is top notch. Stihl, Walker commercial mowers to name a couple of brands.

Walker mowers is supposed to get good service after the sale
Every time I have called them with a problem they give me their sad story they are six weeks behind on repairs and they canāt get anyone to work thatās not my problem
Carried it to Bobs cycle they checked it and repaired same day
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS BUSINESS. BLACK EYE FOR WALKER MOWERS!!!!!
Great people to do business with! Iāve been here for Stihl supplies a number of times, and now my first machine rental. Reservations were easy, pickup was easy, and a detailed demonstration was performed before leaving with it. I highly recommend them, and Iāll continue doing business here!
Iāve been there several times and ask myself why I keep going back. The last time I went took my walker mower to have them tell me how much it was going to cost to repair my mower. Instead of them informing me the cost. They called and told me they installed a new hour meter, ignition switch and fixed it. The cost of that was 245 dollars. Donāt take anything to them to fix because they will literally break your wallet.
