Just purchased the perfect truck for me and my family from Johnson Ford. Thanks to Mike and Mr. Byrd, along with Jason and the rest of the crew. It was a great experience! Extremely welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and no pressure. I would strongly encourage anybody looking for new or used vehicle to please give these folks a visit!
I had changed my oil at home. I realize the transmission fluid was low and had it serviced at Chuck Stevens Ford in Bay Minette. Chuck Stevens refused to help me and told me it would be weeks before I can get it in. I had to be in Troy the next morning by 11:30 AM. So I called Johnson Ford to talk to the service manager after 5 PM and Lawrence Byrd picked the phone up. Lawrence called me back at 5:30 and asked me to be there at 7:30 the next morning. The guys got me in and got my transmission topped off and I was able to make it to Troy by 1130. Something I will never forget, they will continue to get our business.
The best service you could ask for. Mr. Laurence took care of me after my truck was repaired it was washed inside and out. Because they received the wrong part. Then came and picked me up. Thank you Mr. Laurence. Miss Jammie Mr. Jason and all the staff at Johnson Ford.
I have had a lot of cars and shopped for a lot more. I have probably dealt with 200 or more dealerships over the years and I’ve never been to one with nicer people EVER. We were traveling through when our Expedition needed an immediate service. I called because my husband wanted the chance for the YouTube star Flying Wrenches to work on my car. They worked us in immediately and got us back on the road the same day. Their hospitality was unparalleled and they made a stressful situation fun. We left wishing we were in the market for a new car but we had just bought a truck last month. Looking forward to buying our next car there. It will be well worth the drive!

They’ve been sitting on a Ranger we brought in for service for over 6 months. We need to call 3 times to get someone on the phone that can give us an update. The last time we were able to speak with someone they once again couldn’t give us a clear answer on when we could pick up our truck and seemed to be taking pleasure in taunting us about the lack of an ETA.
Never using this dealership again. We’ll take our trucks to the next dealership even if we have to pay to tow them there. This place is a clown show that delights in their own incompetence.
