1. I was having problems with my sink and washing machine drains backing up. I called John’s plumbing on the recommendation of several friends. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The plumber came and cleaned out the drains; however, within less than two weeks, they were backing up again. I called the office and the same plumber came. He said that the problem was that the pipes were old. He went into the crawl space and replaced several pipes. Despite spending more money than I care to admit, the washing machine and the disposal were still backing up even before he left he left the house. I called the office and left a message requesting that the owner contact me so we could figure out how to resolve the situation; however, I did not hear from him. The original plumber called me back. His said that we needed to go through the sheetrock in order to replace the washing machine p valve. He was very dismissive of my concerns and questions. At that point, I no longer had confidence in John’s plumbing. I hired another company that correctly identified the problem as obstruction due to tree roots. They fixed the problem within a couple of hours.

2. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from John’s Plumbing. The two men that came out did an excellent job fixing my outside faucet. They both were very polite which was a big plus. I will definitely use them again.

3. I had the main valve to my manual plumbing system burst after 16 years and it ruined part of the floors of my house. It was definitely something I could not fix myself so I had to shut the water off to the entire house. Soon after, I called about 15 plumbers and finally, Johns Plumbing said they could fit me into their busy schedule. They came out the next day at noon because they knew it was an emergency and finished in 30 minutes. Paid $295 for parts and labor, not bad at all for the situation. Yeah, I mean, there was a little water on the floor but I asked them to replace a part and hose, not bring a clean up crew which I would have asked for if I really needed it. Took me 30 seconds to wipe it up. They fit me into their busy schedule as well so they had to run. It saved my floors from further damage and we can use our water again. Thank you for being the only plumbing company to answer my call and fit me in on an emergency. I’ll be calling these guys every time I need something I cannot fix myself.

4. As a small business ourselves, we want to HIGHLY recommend John’s Plumbing. Our technician Thomas was timely, curious, efficient and clean. We had a terrible toilet and pump leak and it was repaired in a short period of time. They explained everything prior to the repairs so we could understand the why. We will use them again!

5. Unfortunately, vandals stole $50 worth of copper pipe from my mom’s house that was up for sale. This left about $4k worth of work to restore the water and water heater.
   The estimate was a thorough and accurate inspection with a detailed estimate given in writing by Jerry and Donnie.
   The same two gentlemen that gave the quote did the install. It was an extensive job replacing all the pipes, valves, and water heater. They were abe to do the job in about 6 hours with no issues. The water pressure is better than before and there is hot water for days. Let me say I could not recommend any business or contractor higher. In addition Michelle that sets up appointments and answers the phone is very understanding and professional.
