If I could put 10 stars, I would. This is an exceptional company. I used them a few times and every time they communicated great, were on time, always did the job well and were courteous and did not charge a tonne of money. The last time they did a service for me, they accidently made an brown bubble in tub/shower surround. They said they will fix it free of charge. In less than a month, Mark and John replaced the whole surround, with no extra money charged. They basically gave my bathroom a brand new look. I did not think that there are still honest plumber out there. But I was wrong. Great service, excellent communication, good work, a pleasure to work with. I will always use John the plumber.
John was awesome. He saved me a few hundred $$. Made an appointment to have a leaking fireplace key valve replaced. After sending him pics of the valve location, he called me up and gave me verbal instructions on how to fix it. The repair worked like a charm. That is a great example of his honesty in my book. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him for all of my plumbing concerns.
They said they “forget to send the quotes sometimes” while laughing about it, and that must have been true for us. It’s been weeks and we never heard anything back. This company is doomed if this is how they handle quotes and getting business. Get someone competent to quote for you John

Honest and fair saved me from spending 10k on a new sewer line for my bossiness that I was told by another company needed replaced. John sent over his tech Jeff with in a matter of a few hours the problem was found and repaired for under $600.00
