Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give them 0 star if I can. The estimate price was absolutely way expensive for just a small dent on the door line and I was treated very unprofessional manner when I was there. From I what heard after talking to one of their managers, âFew days ago, an employee got electrified and almost killed himself because of the his mistake when he was repairing electronic car (talking about my Tesla). I donât know if thatâs a genuine answer to a customer who wants to fix it or to find a way to get over the issue. Donât recommend.
I wish I could give this shop 0 stars. Gots to be one of the highest shops in the area. I stopped by for a quote for an insurance claim and was quoted 2400 dollars for cost. Was told they was gonna have my car atleast a week but after 2 days was told my car was ready I already knew that I was screwed got to the shop and noticed my bumper still had spots in it now this was an insurance claim so they couldâve gotten it all the way right but instead they did a quick fix and did a blend for the paint. Iâve been to lots of shops and was told they donât just blend in paint they fix the entire thing so everything looks like new not just fix certain sections they charge $80 an hour so this job isnât a $ 2400 job hell they rob the insurance company and screwed me by not fixing the bumper the right way I will never go back to this over priced shop very unsatisfied and I hope this shop goes out of business for ripping people off hell I couldnât even enjoy my damn rental because they did a quick fix they donât care itâs not their car I hope this shop goes out of Auburn where are all the good shops at now days
Simply put, the best in Auburn. I have had two vehicles at Joe Hudsonâs recently and both came out excellent. The work was top notch, but even more important; the customer service was exceptional. They were transparent on the inspections and estimates, didnât try to push for work or parts that wasnât needed and were extremely communicative through the process. I have already recommended them to some of our friends and they have absolutely earned my business going forward.
Always a fantastic job. Weâve taken our vehicle there several times and the quotes are fairly priced, the work completed excellently, customer service fantastic, and on average gotten the vehicle back well before the promised date.
I was recommended to this collision shop through my insurance company. They were fast and efficient during the estimate process. I was able to drop my car off before work and they allowed me to fill out the paper work online which was convenient. My car was ready within a week and so far I am satisfied with the work they have done. I will definitely recommend this shop to others that are in need of car repairs.
