I had issue with my refrigerator since last month,took my home insurance company a couple of vendors to visit my house and figure out what was going on from fix it appliance to A&R appliance which did not figure out not until I met this guys. They were very quick, figured out the problem of my unit and patiently deal with my frustrations and concerns. Excellent customer service and communication despite the challenges of fixing my refrigerator and was able to get my refrigerator back to its shape from ice maker to the frezzer. I would highly recommend this company for any household appliance issue. I hope that they will maintain and continue the excellent service that they just gave to me. Thank you JMA!!
Hi I had 4 appliance that got messed up my both refrigerators stop making ice, washer and dryer acting up. Called AHS they refer Jerry and Michael Appliance company. Michael came out diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Took little longer than I expected but they fixed the problem. I really appreciate their service. Even they replaced my washer and dryer. Now all my 4 appliances are working. I am so happy. Thank u again for fixing my appliances. I will definitely use them again in future.
Waste of money. Had a house call for an inop washer and they said âwe will throw parts at it and see what worksâ. I Did not agree with having to pay for a part what the tech wasnât even sure was gonna be a fix. They made sure to charge for the poor diagnosis anyway though. Would not recommend.
Jerry and Michaelâs appliance has a contract with Select Home warranty. They claim never got a work order from Select so I asked them to come over anyways coz they were recommended by Select so i figured it would be easy to collect money back from Select. I had appointment at 9am. He arrived at my house around 12noon. So he is not good with appointments, i guess. Finally he checks my dryer out and finds that outlet has a problem not dryer. Dryer works. He said he tried calling Select Home Warranty and he cant reach them. He charges us 100 dollars for troubleshooting problem. But nothing really wrong with dryer. So I cant get reimbursed either coz he didnt follow protocol of Select Home Warranty. Worsted experience ever!!!
Best around town on time Mr Michael fixed everything that was broke on my refrigerator and laundry machine. He was on time and knowledgeable on everything. 100x will recommend!
