My mother and father have been patients for 30 years and moved with them when they left from Airport Blvd to merge on Hillcrest. After my father recently passed I took over caring for my senior mom and her appointments. It took me three months to try to get my mom in to see him. I was told 3x that my appointment was two days prior to when we came in and one of the days was on a Saturday when they were closed and did not mention to us. When I discussed my concern I felt that there was zero regard for my mom. We have found someone else. Itâs too bad that we like the doctor but not the staff.
My appointment was at 1:30. I arrived and signed in at 1 . I waited and waited until 3:30 when there s noone else but me in the waiting room. I went to the clerks to check 2 times between 1-3:30 to make sure the Doctor is in. Finally at 3:30 on clerk came out to inform me that the other clerk cratched my name off the sign in sheet without checking me in . She offered to reschedule me and she said the the other clerk said sorry ( why did the other clerk didnt appologize to me directly ???). The only reason for the 3 stars is Dr. Zieman nice enough to see me that day eventhough his last appointment is at 1:30
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Zieman for many years. Always a good visit. Dr. Zieman is always very thorough and patient with us and is very professional.
Quick nice easy office visit. Dr.Zieman is always professional and sincere. Encourage all to use if need a doctor!
