1. Body Logic has an amazing staff and Dr. Donohue and Pat Witting are amazingly concerned about their patient care. I have been seeing Pat since 2018 and she thoroughly got my Hormones balanced she is always a phone call away and ready to assist.

2. UPDATE: Per their comment below, they have refunded my startup fee. I appreciate their customer service, but unfortunately, based on my experience I would still not be comfortable receiving treatment here.

   I have been struggling with fatigue/sleep/etc issues for a couple years now and my PC docs have not had any suggestions or remedies for it. A friend suggested I get hormone testing. So, a google search and these reviews led me here.

   Here are some things you should know, but most importantly there is a lack of transparency and hidden fees. I have since canceled my credit card and may dispute the nonrefundable fee based on the following chain of events and their failure to provide full disclosure.

   I spoke with Amy when I called and she was very kind and understanding and walked me through getting signed up. However, there are some things that were not disclosed when I spoke with her.

   *There are multiple providers in this office and they offer their services at different price points.

   *I’m currently scheduled for an appointment in FEBRUARY 2023. Today is October 7, 2022. Now, Amy said the doctor was very busy, but she did not give any indication of how long you have to wait for an appointment once you do your lab tests. I called back and said exactly how long am I going to wait for an appointment? She said possibly six weeks depending how long I take to complete the lab work. I said okay, well I don’t want to be waiting months for something like this and would like to know if that is the case. She didn’t actually answer the question, but said she would switch me to another provider. I guess that involves speaking with someone else to make it happen? I have no idea. Also, how are labs taken now going to be relevant in six week or five months? This seems like a scam.

   *I then get an email from Square indicating that my credit card is set up for RECURRING PAYMENTS at their office. I was NEVER told and I NEVER authorized recurring payments or keeping the card on file. I only authorized the $299 startup fee. You can go into Square and remove it. So, please be on the lookout for that. I did call her back and questioned why she set that up without telling me. She (again) never answered the question, but said it’s fine to remove it. I have since canceled my card.

   * When discussing the timing of getting an appointment, I explained I travel frequently for work and she said you can do a virtual appointment. My insurance does NOT cover ANY virtual doctors appointment so be sure to check that before you commit to it.

   *Your insurance will likely cover the labs, but the visits must be submitted to your insurance by YOU. Amy did explain this.

   *There is a $90 fee for the urine test that is also not disclosed up front. My insurance will cover a urine test, so why do I have to pay this?

   *As I write this I’m still waiting for confirmation of being switched to another provider, which Amy said she is working on. I don’t understand why it’s so complicated and why she couldn’t do this while we were on the phone.

   For the amount of money people pay for this and the stress and frustration that comes along with hormone issues, this is really not a good way to start off. I will be looking for other providers. Similar to the previous reviewer, I will likely be out of pocket $299 and I think that would be worth any future stress. They seem more focused on taking your money than actually helping you get the best care.

3. I started using Dr.Donohue about a year ago and can say I have never felt better. When I started I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine and had recently been put on arthritis medication. I take none of these now and feel as good as I have in 10 – 20 years. Dr. Donohue does a great job of listening and explaining recommended treatments to help live a better healthy life. Everyone at the office is great!!

4. Feeling just great once again due to Patricia Wittig who is amazing. She listens and makes recommendations that work and then she verifies the results and tweaks settings to make sure you are just balanced hormonally.
   I always enjoy our interactions and cannot recommend her highly enough.

5. I’ve been seeing Dr. Donahue for over 10 years now, and have never had a better doctor! He is incredibly thourough in staying on top of my changing hormone balance through the years. The nightmare of menopause has never affected me, and I still feel young, vibrant, and healthy! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. My husband has recently started seeing him as well, and already feels younger and more energetic. I’m a huge fan!
