We have furnished several houses with furniture from Jeff Lynch. Jarrod was a pleasure to work with. He went the extra mile to be sure I was happy! Delivery was a breeze. Wesley and Brandon were amazing!
At first, everything was great! Bought all new appliances. My new fridge had issues soon as we got it. After they sent a repairman twice they decided to replace it. So that all went well.
Fast forward 2 years later, my brand new stove that has not been used that much has stopped working. It has no power to it at all. Just stopped working! It is a Frigidaire gallery series with the controls on the front.
Not a cheap stove. We’ve tried the breaker, and the outlet so it’s not a power issue it’s definitely a stove issue and probably an expensive board replacement.
After calling Jeff lynch their only solution was to schedule me a repair guy who would charge me $150
just to come diagnose.
Just be careful when selecting a new appliance package from here. In today’s economy no one can afford to buy new appliances every 2 years. Very disappointed that I spent a lot of money on these appliances and two out of 4 have broke and one still broken with no help from them. I’ll never do business here again, appliance’s should last at least 5 years or longer. My last set was 20 years old and still working.
Update: After taking the cover off we discovered this stove could have actually burned our house down.
The stove was installed by Jeff lynch and the installation looks to be correct by the diagram but there is a major flaw in this. This is why we were smelling burning plastic. Glad it didn’t burn our house down! Thanks Jeff Lynch!
My husband and I purchased all of our appliances and bedroom furniture from Jeff Lynch. Our salesman, Tony, was terrific. He helped us with making sure we got exactly what we needed wanted and for a decent price – he also made us aware of a rebate offer.
The last piece of furniture, our bed, was delivered last Saturday and the crew they sent were awesome! Michael Foxworth and Charles Aroneck were on time and were very careful when bringing everything in and setting it up. They were kind and courteous and seemed to really love what they do. Fabulous, from the moment we walked into Jeff Lynch to delivery day! My sister and I would like to thank Andrey for assisting us with selecting our Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator, along with the scheduling woman (I wish I remembered her name) who called to verify our information. Just bought an adjustable base from Jeff Lynch. Chris Pole was very good, courteous and knowledgeable at helping me choose the right base for me. The delivery people Will & Westley were absolutely great at moving my old base to my moms room and making sure everything was perfect in both rooms. Other mattress companies just do the minimum and leave but Will and Westley went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I have bought at Jeff Lynch before and they are true to their word. Will continue to shop there. Thank you so much for helping me.
