I have been their customer for many years and I am very happy with them. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are friendly, provide excellent customer service and charge fair prices.
Iâm a dad who loves his daughters and did his best to make sure they were going to be safe in the car they were driving to visit prospective colleges 575 miles away. WellâŠ.when they reached Glendale, there was an evident unexpected issue with the brakes the night before they were scheduled for an important afternoon college tour.
I thought for sure there was no way they were going to make it and that they were going to have to cancel being that it was Friday morning and they didnât have an appointment with a mechanic. I saw all the great reviews online for J&E and gave them a call Friday morning. Emad answered and I let him know the situation and that they were on their way to the shop. He was very kind and caring and let me know he would take care of them. They arrived shortly thereafter and he did what he said he would do and more. He made my girls feel safe and in a friendly, humorous way he disarmed a rather stressful situation for both the girls and myself. He made all the repairs needed and got them back on the road in a couple of hrs and didnât financially take advantage of the situation we were in. He was very honest. They were able to make their college tour and âdadâ was so thankful for someone who took the time to care for the ones most important to him when he couldnât reach them. Very happy with my service and the prices were the best I have gotten in all of Glendale and Pasadena. The staff are very nice and make sure you feel comfortable. This is my first time owning a car and i wouldâve Been an easy client to take advantage of. Edmad was great. I trust him 100%
