This building is absolutely stunning! Brand new construction, the units are really beautiful, super modern, clean, open, bright and airy. The amenities are out of this world! There are study spaces, meeting rooms, huge beautiful, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces (You can reserve them for birthday parties, baby showers, etc., they are nicer and more reasonable than anything. You could rent outside of here), an incredible pool. The gym is insane! I feel like it’s better than the gyms I used to pay for outside of here! I don’t live here, but I’ve visited a few friends here and if I lived in the area would definitely look into moving here. It’s a beautiful secured building and all of the employees that I run into that work here are amazing! Very helpful, very like a familial environment here.
Jasper Apartments is in a great location downtown LA! Their amenities are excellent; lots of useful equipment in the gym and a lovely pool to lounge around in! I work from home and love to use the common space during the week! Beautiful views from the rooftop as well, schedule an appointment to check out a unit ASAP. You won’t be disappointed!!!
I loved living at Jasper LA so much. I lived in a studio for an entire year while I was in graduate school at USC and the apartment is absolutely lovely and all of the amenities are well-kept and good to use any time of year. Arron was particularly helpful throughout my entire time living at Jasper, but the entire staff is seriously amazing. They were always so quick to respond to any of my maintenance requests and always kept the apartment complex so clean and in good order. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience! (BTW the closets are HUGE).
I had a great experience working with Karen during my apartment search. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to answer my questions without any hesitation. Thanks to her, the process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Jasper LA to family and friends, especially with someone like Karen there to assist!
Living at Jasper has been amazing! It was a seamless move in and the staff are always so helpful and kind. The amenities are my fav and the closets are HUGE. Don’t even get me started on the views from the roof top, you can see the Hollywood sign and the city lights are a vibe at night. Definitely recommend living at Jasper!
