From our very first meeting to the final closing, Janet was there for us every step of the way! Her professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to finding us the perfect home were truly outstanding. Being a local of the area, Janet has a deep understanding of the area and gave us fantastic recommendations for local services like contractors, plumbers, and more. Janet always made herself available to answer our questions and gave us the best advice! She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. 2. Janet Darrow is an amazing real estate agent! She totally exceeded our expectations with her wealth of knowledge, experience, and advertising strategy. From the first meeting to closing she was always available to answer any questions, give us updates and provide all the support we needed. She handled everything quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. We received several offers in less than a week and accepted a fantastic offer over asking price in a market that has been unpredictable. I have no doubt it was due to Janet’s excellent knowledge of the market and recommendation of a listing price. We feel very fortunate to have found Janet to help us sell our house! 4. Janet helped us buy our first house back in June. We are very lucky, to have found a realtor with such a wealth of knowledge, on buying and selling, houses in Long Beach. We had always dreamed about buying, in our favorite neighborhood, but before working, with Janet we were only able to imagine it. Janet has been a great help to us since our purchase. She’s sent us helpful reminders and home tips along the way. She has welcomed, us warmly to the neighborhood.

5. I sold my father’s Long Beach house of 50 years while living in another state. Janet went above and beyond in accommodating the limitations of my ability to do things remotely. I had sold 2 homes before this one and bought 3 different properties, each with a different agent. Most of these agents were pretty good, but none as good as Janet on all fronts – preparation for sale, pricing, eliciting buyers, and negotiation with offers and in escrow. I heartily recommend her to anyone selling in Long Beach, CA and surrounding areas!
