1. The technicians, Heath and Daniel, were awesome. They installed the mini split in about 4 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable. Well done, and I thank you guys for your hard work!

2. Plumbing is a tough job. The guys did a wonderful job installing new plumbing on a old house. It took 3 days of trying to install from the road to the house. Removing the old rusted pipes and installing new plastic pipes. They did a really good job. And if you have any questions they are quick to respond and resolve any issues that you have.

3. When I called about my air conditioner problem a very nice lady said she could send someone right away. My technician Daniel arrived about 30 minutes after I called. He was very courteous, personable and knowledgeable. Went right to work trying to locate the reason unit wasn’t working. He didn’t mind at all that I wanted to just watch and learn about what was happening. After about 2hours (in the 90plus heat ) the unit was up and running again. Y’all have always done a great job when I needed you. Thank you Daniel and Jackson Heating and Air for getting us cold air back.

4. Exceptional work! Great communication fron thr first call to completion of the job. Professional technician that was knowledgeable and efficient. Quality workmanship on all fields. Will use again. Highly recommended.

   Follow up appointment to fix a minor drip which probably had more to do with the equipment than the installation. Jackson plumbing was quick and professional. Taking care of the problem and then waiting 30 minutes to see if any other problems were noted before leaving. I will be switching my other services over to Jackson plumbing soon.

5. I have used Jackson Plumbing in the past and they did excellent, if not overpriced work. I can now say I would never recommend them. The lady I spoke to was very short and giving me the run around in regard to some questions I had. It started with the fact that I attempted to get a service request via online email request. Several days have gone by and no one responded. This lady said that they get thousands of emails every day (bull) and it takes time to sift through them. I told her it sounded like they needed extra staff just to answer emails. Then she deferred to her manager to answer these types of questions, but her manager was out to a luncheon so unavailable. I then explained why I need their services and they wanted to charge me $59 just to have a technician come out and determine what they could do (no charge for the quote though). Most companies I have dealt with, at a minimum, state that they would apply the service call to the repair price (even though most probably just work that price into the cost). Nope. I told her I wasn’t going to pay that for them just to come out and quote a price that I possibly would not agree to. She said have a nice day and hung up. Such a fantastic business. Never again will I get service from them. They over charged me in the past anyway (based on my research with other plumbing companies). Have a nice day as I have hired another institution.
