1. Taylor is amazing! He works so hard and investigates insurances to make sure you get the possible deal that fits your needs. I am a small business owner and his guidance and insurance find was affordable and exactly what I needed. He takes the extra time to make sure you are heard and listens to your needs. 2. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Jackson & Jackson. I had issues securing life insurance due to some previous medical diagnosis and it was challenging to secure a policy on my own. 3. I’ve been working with Jackson & Jackson since 2018. Taylor helped me get my health plan at the time and was patient enough to explain what each of those terms were since it was my first time ever getting a health plan. And Patrick is now taking care of my life insurance and guiding me with my finances and retirement plan. Such a great guy and great attitude. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an agent they can trust.

5. I reached out to Taylor for some home & auto quotes to see where I could bundle & save. I am new to being a homeowner so I had just about a million questions regarding homeowners insurance. I also am extremely technical and was going through a ton of comparisons & scenarios making sure I could get the best coverage at the best price. Taylor was beyond patient with me and taught me so much! He was also able to find some gaps in my current (at the time) home coverage that I was unaware of and helped me to understand where there was risk. I am so happy to have now switched my coverage and confident I will be well taken care of now.

   As a side note, I was shopping many different companies myself as well and Jackson & Jackson was by far the most attentive & on point with everything. They had such a easy and streamlined process! I love the one on one service you get instead of being passed around to 10 different people and needing to re-answer the same questions a million times always getting different quotes from different people within the same company for the same house or car. It made no sense and makes you feel like if there ever was a need for a claim you would just be lost in the mix. With Jackson & Jackson I spoke to only Taylor the whole time and never had to repeat myself.
