Collinsworth told me that I would get back 100 bucks for my taxes out of grossing 46k that yr and that it would cost me 160 something for him at Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. I told him thatās OK. I make more from working my job then I do that 100 bucks that I wonāt even see once I pay jackson Hewitt. I got back more last year with jackson Hewitt same location and same guy. So I said never mind I donāt see a sense in filing if thatās all Iām going to see. And how bout this instead of the guy collinsworth giving me back my W-2, HE DECIDES TO MAKE A COPY OF IT AND MY LICENSE AND SAVED IT TO HIS COMPUTER stating in case I may want to come back later. But if I just told u that Iām not filing then why make copies of my stuff? And not only that the guy acted like he didnāt want to give me back my W2. Talking bout I can leave it thereā¦..
Of course I took my stuff and left.
But even if the guy did kept my W2 I can always get another copy from my job. But I really wasnāt pleased with having more last yr but making more this year and receiving back nothingā¦and I didnāt like the fact that the guy acted like MY W2 that I worked for was his and he had rights to make copies and/or keep what belongs to me. Iām so glad I have Indenty theft protection as well as a code from the irs for people just like this guy. I give 0 stars if I could because this was displeasing to myself as a customer. I will not do business here again.
I felt like the fee was a little too high even with the discount. I know that they keep a copy of everything but for me this would be better if I also could have a copy of everything without having to go back online and pull everything up. It would be easy for them to just print it out or at least ask me if I wanted a copy of everything now. Otherwise this was a great quick and easy way to get my taxes done at the last minute. THANKS!
I have been doing service with Jackson Hewitt for at least three or four years and I couldnāt ask for any better service the personnel are so good kind and they will answer any question that you put to them they are prompt fast and very considerate they help you with any problem that you have I couldnāt think of going anyplace else I wouldnāt want to
They are too Expensive!! They charge you for every Page they scan!! Who does THAT?? ThatāS A BIG RIP OFF!! THEY should have just ONE FLAT RATE!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THEM!!
