Jack’s is very lucky that I was not a secret shopper today. The thin girl with the long hair behind the counter had horrible customer service and needs to be re-trained. When I asked where a trash can was, she pointed with her hands under her chin. You’re not a toddler, use your words. When I asked for a bag, she dropped it on the counter then turned back around. Never turn your back to the customer. I guess I just have high standards. The person who actually took my order was great.

I am revising my previous review to state the following:
This is among the worst fast food restaurants I have ever visited! What once was a nice newly renovated restaurant is now one of the worst. I went to the drive through today for a vanilla shake. The drive through was shut down, although someone inside was able to tell me through the speaker that it didn’t work. I was instructed to come inside to place my order. I should have driven away but against my better judgement I did drive around, park the car and went inside. I asked “what’s up with the drive through?” to which I received a curt reply “it’s down you have to come inside to place your order!” Ignoring the rude greeting I placed an order for a vanilla milkshake. “We’re out of vanilla!” says the attendant. This is literally the 3rd time I have stopped by this restaurant for a vanilla shake and they have been out. Really? I’m very disappointed and will likely never visit this Jack’s again!

This restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit. They actually demolished the old building and constructed a new one. The interior is very nice for a fast food restaurant including a lovely fireplace, a nice surprise. The menu is varied and excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I thought was top quality. I will certainly go back.
The service was actually bad. Instead of chicken, they only gave me fried chicken skin and no chicken. I paid for good service, not for fried chicken skin.
Had a bad experience many months ago here so i decided to give them a try with it being newly built thinking everything from top to bottom would be new. I ordered here tonight and customer service was absolutely horrible(the same)!!! Please fire whoever was on the staff tonight for your own sake and representation as a company. My food was cold eventhough when I pulled up to the window within a minute, they had the order in hand. How is this?. Please go to a different location if u want better service.
Extremely clean, great crew, Burger was moist and juicy, bun soft and warm, right amount of sauce, tomato and onions perfect and fries are amazing perfect amount of salt perfectly cooked I might add too really good food I had the Bacon lover BTW all I can add is yummm yummm very impressed all the way around actually
