Food at Jackās has never been a problem
But the woman at the counter did not listen
And when corrected which I did very politely and softly she got a attitude and pretty much came close to flinging the bag at me please donāt make me regret dining at a Jackās she needs to listen to her customer not insinuate they are lying
First ever visit to Jackās, anywhere. I was very hungry after working the Greenpower F24 race at Talladega Superspeedway. Great service, burgers and milkshakes. Will return on my next trip. A brief rain shower set up this pic of a complete horizon rainbow which I gladly shared with the manager. Great way to end the day.
A great place to stop for good food . I go back and forth to Birmingham at least 3 days a week. I have to stop in because I love their chicken and lemonade. Sometime they do get a little busy, thatās a good thing because that mean they have good food and service.
I waited for 12 minutes in line. I ordered a 4 chicken tender meal and only got 3. I ordered unsweet tea and asked for Splenda and received sugar packets. The unsweet tea smelled and tasted rank. The young lady at the window had a terrible attitude the entire time. Not an enjoyable event.
First time at this location but have to to different Jacks a handful of times.I will say that this location is very nice and tidy. Just wish the food was a little better. It wasnāt terrible, but not as good overall as one locations Iāve been to. This may be a result of a change in suppliers? Something just seemed a little bit off with the chicken tenders & cheeseburgers. Ice cream was okay but not great. The green beans however were delicious and the employees were friendly.
