Wife thought was an advantage to get service at dealer. She’s had good experiences with her Audi. I’d scheduled service last year and they cancelled twice, second time not until I showed up at 7:30 in am. At that time service was covered under service agreement. Now at 58k miles apparently not. So charged me $779 including a $40 “misc charge” for an oil change, inspection and change of spark plugs. If I’d agreed to new tires and alignment would have been an additional $1,766.85. Why would anyone get service at this dealer? Why would I ever again? Shame on me being a sucker I guess. All other suckers look out. Make sure you know FOR SURE if under a service agreement and do Not assume prices will be competitive or reasonable.
I had a fantastic experience with Robbie. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had a great experience at Jack Ingram. We used to go Columbus but decided to give Jack Ingram a try while picking out a car for my daughter. It is really nice to not feel held to one particular make or model. We test drove Mercedes and Volvo vehicles and found the perfect car for her! Thank you Jack Ingram. I will be back for my Porsche!
Had to get some recall work performed and Tom did a very professional and timely job on my Volvo. I would highly recommend their service center.
From atlanta on business, looking to possibly spend close to 100K on a Volvo XC90 Inscription. 2 sales staff sitting behind glass doors greatly affixed to their computers. Walked around a bit hoping to be noticed or acknowledged in some manner after walking in. Sat back down, waited another 5 minutes. Oh, yes they KNEW I was there for sure. They never acknowledged my presence, asked if I could be helped, NOTHING. A male and a female sitting there. Whatever they were doing on the computer must have been worth more than the 100K I was potentially going to spend. Sales manager office was unoccupied but I hope he/she sees this review. Don’t worry anyone, I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THE SALES LOBBY AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I’m a sales person and this behavior is quite egregious and idiotic.
