Honestly it really grinds my gears to do a review that stains the reputation of those who actually work hard. Making up excuses for being quote in quote āshort staffedā for denying a Paid for order. Again *PAID FOR ORDERā. Not only that but Iāll be sure to CC T-Mobile to bring up this alarming concern since it was a sponsorship on their behalf. Which is why I feel really entitled to defend their name. However Jack isnāt looking to great, in the context of itās extremely emotional staff.
On July 2 2024, T-Mobile Tuesday!! š I get out the law library. (Havenāt slept due to late night work with a friend whoās having an art gallery opening coming up. July 13 āhay esta el detalleā.) I placed an order for the mini taco box, really looking forward to enjoy the product. My world was turn upside down by two young ladies. [Michelle, and a supposed manager with red hair. No name tag] the out of uniform was the first red flag. Making it hard to identify this person. After inquiring about the mobile orders or where they would they be placed. I got a combative response from Michelle saying āyou have to ask for mobile ordersā while not trying to be a nuance I let her finish serving a customer. Sees me then ignores me and heads to the back. I notice several customers are being served by my shoulder mind you. The order is paid for and has been ready. Nope frustrated I then ask where are the mobiles orders since itās on the app that itāll be on the mobile rack. When I look the rack is empty completely. Then when asked about my specific order Michelle seemed stressed and unable to fulfill the request. At that point the manager a red hair ladies approaches with a menacing demeanor. Yelling and shouting over my slow reasonable tone I explain the situation. Still caching attitude Iām hit with āyouāre not going to talk to my employees like thatā. I said how? All of asked for was my order. Thatās when this you g lady took advantage of her āauthorityā and then denied to give me my order. As an act of revenge or punishment, trying to retaliate against me in through the process. Threatening to place restrictions on my account on mobiles order. (Donāt know how true this?) regardless using threats against me. To not sever me in the future. Mind you for just asking about my order. It was more fulfilling to the manager to not serve and use starvation as a means of hurt. Being discriminated I did let the defendants know I would be placing a lawsuit for discriminatory retaliation. Overall it was very emotionally damaging and very hurtful on a personal level. Iāll never come here again, ever! Thatās how this place conducts itself. Not sure if on a daily basis. Will report to the better business bureau tomorrow after noon too!. After that altercation I decided to just leave disappointed and hurt. Slept hungry and woke up at 2am to write this and get food at like a 7-11. Cheaper and more products to choose from buffalo fingers fire there. Will be seeing you at Stan Mosk this is civilly unacceptable and violates civil rights.
I was very skeptical about placing additional items from a hunch. After reading the reviews online. Let me say the rummers are true. I leave this before the public to warn and do the public a service. Furthermore, the attitude this staff has my heart drops. Iāve worked retail for 10+ years and letās say that the code of conduct is extremely out of line. When was it okey to argue with a client, and also refusing to serve an order already paid. I started placing orders online after noticing bad behavior in the fast food industry underpaid and āshort staffedā this is then turned into anger and then channeled and projected back onto the customer. You never reason with liars, also please excuse my language as I was previously being yelled at before these videos which I didnāt record.
If you order takeaway, confirm they have given you everything before you leave. I received just half my order and the effort to go back to store costs more than the food. The worker in the front is an old guy, I donāt think he even knows what to do. And the bacon was definitely from the previous day š
When you go in the morning to get yourself whatever it is get the salsa that they give in the little container it is delicious
Not sure what happened to this location. Must have hired new people. Waited for 10 mins at the drive thru speaker with no response. Drove up to the drive thru window and thereās workers inside. Waited there for about 7 mins and the girl with red or pink hair looked at me at least 5 times without saying anything and I just drove off. It was only 10PM
I make an online order to bring it to my house they bring me without straws without napkins without ketchup without ranch without bbq sauce and without receipt in the state of California if they do not give you an invoice you can sue them but I do not have time to That and also wrong drinks all cold all the order bad and cold the food disgusting of food I do not read less stars because you can not never order again from this restaurant Iām sorry but it is not the first time this happened all for the simple amount 57 dollars it is fine that it is fast food but it is not fresh and hot
