The food was cooked perfectly just like I ordered. The staff were super friendly.
I ordered take out but, was inside for lunch last week and place was spotless and bathroom was clean..
The public restroom is always unsanitary and dirty. Everytime I go in the restaurant, there is always homeless drug addicts and crack heads that make the ambient feel uncomfortable and unsafe. There are families sometimes in there and they look super uncomfortable, the kids too. Unsafe for them. I suggest you get rid of that problem and make the restaurant clean.
Progressively worst. Smash burger had a rubbery feel to it. Everything I try is just bad. The customer service is good. Jack just needs to change their meat vendors or something.
Very disappointed! Bad customer service. Drive thru needs to improve. Hate the fact that once you get the food, they close the window in your face. And another thing, if the workers don’t like dealing with promotions then why promote it! This is what I get for ordering Dogers free Jumbo Jack, patty and bun only. Ughh
The workers are friendly, but never follow orders. I ordered a Jacks Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Extra Mayo, and they put NO MAYO on it.. I had to wait, after receiving my order, for this particular sandwich with Spoiled lettuce. Why in the HELL do you guys have SPOILED LETTUCE OUT?!?.. and trust me, it wasn’t due to the Sandwich being hot.. Sandwich was slightly warm
