I recently left the drive thru 15 minutes ago
And the lady who seems to be shift manager was very rude and was rushing us to leave the drive thru because she was focused on her timer. While rushing us she was forgetting to give us our ice coffee, didn’t even give us a cup holder since we had 3 drinks in total and she gave me the wrong change, didn’t give me my 35 cents but if we were missing 35 cents they wouldn’t let us slide. If you know, you know. My brother was upset because she had an attitude and still had the nerve to rush us out the drive thru & repeatedly stated “bye bye bye”. As a “shift leader” or even as an “employee” she should have respect for us as much as she was given respect. I was here yesterday as well and the drive thru employee who was there his name is Jose was very nice & respectful. Different days different employees. As a result, I didn’t like that ladies attitude and since I don’t know her name, I hope the manager takes action and has her control her attitude it was 1:45pm 7/14/2024 and the register was under the name of Edwin. Which means she was taking over his shift since he wasn’t there taking my order.
Good food, as always. Perhaps not healthy but delicious 😉
This is a very clean store. Staff are ok, courteous but not exactly friendly. No small talk allowed apparently. Just order and move away.
They moved most of the tables onto a big pile in the corner where the self service beverages used to be, and have yellow caution tape around it to keep you away.
Not a warm fuzzy experience but food was satisfying.
Dislocation does not provide refills on any beverages
Tuesday morning around 4am the skinny girl with glasses was too busy texting on her phone, I asked for a coke with my combo and she gave me a orange juice, also made me wait longer for system update when she said she would come out and call me back in.I also didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know if she charged me the correct drink and finally when she gave me my order the bag was practically thrown at me she caused the bag to rip..all she did was offer another bag and no apologies. Whatever issues employees have shouldn’t be brought to work it’s very unprofessional and they get orders wrong. Do better.
