The food was good and it was fresh. The service was bad. The servers did not appear to care, they were not people friendly. It wasn’t clean inside and there were no sanitary practices happening. It felt gross. I would not return.
One thing I don’t like about this place. I’ve been here 3 times. They’re always short staff. The cook is the same guy that charges people without changing his gloves. Very dirty place. Jack in the box is really going down hill
This place is wild! Came here for a late night snack, not only did the staff have a bad attitude they also asked me to drive back while they prepared my food because they needed to keep their “time down”. There weren”t many customers so idk what they were doing in there that took them so long to prepare the food. Never coming back here again.
Unfortunately I got a chicken teriyaki bowl with cold rice and cold broccoli the only thing that was actually hot was the chicken. Overall service was fine but I was afraid to eat the food. Literally the broccoli was frozen. Same with my sister who got the same order.
It’s fast food what can you expect? Jack use to be good growing up but the quality of dining and food has dropped tremendously.
