  2. I recently went to this location, I left a complaint on the corporate website about a week ago. I would like to take the time to leave a review so many people can see what kind of place this is. I ordered food from here and my fries were cold and soggy as hell! The burger that they were advertising was mediocre and to top it all off I found bugs frozen in the ice cubes of my drink. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I have been to. If there is bugs in the ice, then what makes you think there ain’t bugs in the whole restaurant and in the food they serve. I am so disappointed in the service I received! I will definitely not be eating from here ever again, so you can count on that. I hope the customers reading these reviews take precautions the next time they eat from this place because this is ridiculous.
