I arrived in the area and stumbled upon this location when looking for something to eat. I placed my order online via Mobile app. I speciality customized what I wanted to my specifications and my order was prepared fresh.
I took the first bite and I could not believe how hot the food was it tasted so good I wanted to dine here for the 2nd time but unfortunately I realized they closed their doors at 5PM daily. I could not believe this because drive thru was open 24 hours. I did not have a vehicle at the time for drive thru assistance.
Even though as a customer I am going out of my way to create such a lengthy review about my dining experience i would love if this location would extend their dining room hours for those who do not have vehicles. (Bus, train, individuals on bike cycles, scooters, mopads) etc.
This place needs better service or better training. When I ask for a simple thing it’s always wrong every single time. I’m not sure why no one can get regular mustard correct, even saying yellow or a packet. Yet, I’m given other flavors rather than what I asked for. Even if I repeat myself several times it’s as though they don’t get what I’m asking for and usually it’s my husband or sister ordering, so I’m not sure why the staff are like this.
All the employers are awesome the problem is the manager in their. My order was 6 tacos 2 sides of chicken nuggets and the number 11 combo I ask for 2 barbecue one ranch ketchup and hot sauce. When I check my order employ was giving me only 2 hot sauce and one ranch with no barbecue no ketchup so I told her excuse can you please give more hot sauce my barbecues and ketchup please she put one ketchup and 2 more hot sauce and No barbecue I got mad and ask for the manager and I knowtes it was her. She said it’s one hot sauce for a taco I said- I have 6 tacos they gave me 2 hot sauce at first and I ask for more and they give another 2 with one ketchup no barbecue and she said the tacos already have hot sauce inside, I wasn’t asking for a lot I was just asking for the reasonable portion with my order I told her I have years coming here in the morning and it only happens on the night shift in the morning every one it’s so nice and the manager reply well I’m going to have a meeting with them I ask her for my barbecues and she charge $2.00 for 2 extra dressings. I understand the rules of corporations but I’m prety sure she’s getting power abused of her position acting like she’s the owner.
Customer service was great. There were two people that were very patient with me and I didn’t feel ashamed to ask for more sauce. There were SOME pieces of trash on the tables and the trashcan was really full. Other than that, 10/10 I would come again. (Food was also well cooked and delicious)
I oreder cheese fries ..it’s literally 550am why are the fries .. cold hard .. and only have cheese on top dry af all through .. it’s a new day ppl put on new food for someone to make fries with cheese taste disgusting that’s a record
