I hope yall see this and actually give the credit this man deserves. Actually No , this survivor / man of great work ethic . My mother and I just came to get a quick bite , but we left with our mouths open and our stomachs full with food and SATISFACTION. Attentiveness , punctuation, generous , kindness, and more!! These are words that describe the man , the legend , HECTOR . We ordered a munchie box and jalapeño poppers. We got the box and he told me that the rest was coming out . I trusted this man when he ensured my order. The poppers came out fast ! Faster that my father left me and he even apologized for “THE WAIT” SIR, there was no wait ! To apologize for doing such an amazing job ? Sir let me apologize for being in your presence . I hope your managers recognize that you went above and beyond. Chic Fil A wishes to be hector. Let your managers give you a raise and a good weekend PAID vacation ! Hector , you fr were the man ! Apology not accepted, because you were always doing an amazing job . Wish you the best !
I ordered the large french fries and loaded tiny tacos with extra lettuce. You can see on my receipt that it was clearly marked loaded tiny tacos extra lettuce. I did receive the tiny tacos but they were absolutely not loaded they had nothing on them at all.
And ordering online doesn’t allow you to request ketchup with your fries!
So I had no sauce of any kind for my French fries or my tacos.
Who doesn’t want ketchup with french fries?!?!
I reached out to the company 2 times and nobody responded until I put up this review.
This place is always clean when I go in. The staff is always nice. I’ve only have one small issue here and that was when I checked my receipt and I got charged wrong. I asked for the 2 for one deal and wound up paying for two separate orders of the same thing. Good thing I checked and they were able to refund me the difference.
Horrible experience at Jack in the Box! If you enjoy hot food, steer clear of this location. Ordered a meal and received cold, soggy items. Even after requesting fresh ones, they were still lukewarm at best. Save your appetite and money elsewhere!
Terrible service at Jack in the Box. Not only were the employees incredibly rude, but they also couldn’t get my order right. Had to go back to correct it, only to receive cold, tasteless food. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place like the plague.
I wish I could give no stars this place is terrible the grease is old it’s like they never change it food is never hot and attitudes come with the service someone needs to call the health department because this is ridiculous paying money for food we should get it hot we have requested everything fresh and still had to take it back I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow on this location
