terrible place. my order was prepared in 19 minutes instead of the promised 7-9. They gave me my combo, I asked where the coffee I ordered was, they said they were still preparing. I didn’t want to wait any longer and went to eat the main part of the order, thinking that I would come back later and pick up my coffee. the burger was cold, the potatoes were wet and shapeless… when I finished the combo and decided to go back for coffee, they said that there was no such order and they would not give me my coffee. they didn’t give me the coffee I paid for!!
Customer service was horrible 😫 😑
Do not come here for the POPCORN CHICKEN. They rip you off. I ordered the big box for $10.99 and it was half empty. They say two scoops but i got 12 – 1 inch mini chicken pieces with reg fries. Why would i need 3 cutouts for sauce when this portion can barely use one. I wanted to share it with my friend too.
I called their line for clarification and was told to bring the food back but the portion would stay the same according to the instructions.
People do yourself a favor and go to the location on Glendale Blvd. They do much better at giving correct portions ( according to JITB ads). There is a reddit post about this nonsense. Sheesh!
Jack in the box is my go too For a quick meal.
I got 2 tacos. A dollar fifty six can’t beat that.!
I found something in my food unfortunately i just dont want finish my breakfast this locations is one of the worst and i believe you guys have to do some clean the kitchen looks kind of dirty hope can improve i don really recomend you to come to this location
