The fries were crispy and tasted really good, the burger was really juicy and they accommodated my wishes to put Swiss cheese on it instead. The only drawback is everybody is loud and cussing inside the store
Jalapeño poppers are good, never spicy but sweet every time. Tacos are great. This place need a make over and security. I see that no regular normal people dine in due to homeless take over the lobby . This place has a bullet proof glass at counter. They use a mic to talk to you. Workers ignore customers, lobby so filthy , bathrooms I used and homeless are smoking crack. Real dirty and nasty smell. Definitely need a security. They have a fountain to fill your drink, its put out of service due to homeless getting cups from trash and refilling for free. Need much help and improvement all the way around . Management is never seen . Hiding maybe. Corporate they need direction. Manager need to be retrained in customer satisfaction.
The staff here has a serious issue with people of color and homeless hispanics, they will often tell people of color that the restrooms are out of service but yet will allow someone who is mexican use the restroom, we have recorded this serveral times, 2nd shift crew (week ends) were surprised this allowed to happen clearly management doesnt check the cameras, we have also noticed they give blacks old tacos from the day before/also the ones they have been sitting for over an hour or more leaving the taco soggy and stale, giving you a bad case of diarhea, we have also noticed they give blacks and homeless people watered down and warm coffee again its clear this location caters to mexicans more over all else, their attitudes have caused severe issues that have become a common tone in the streets around broadway/venice
Whoever was running tonights shift asked me to go walk into drive through and order as I’m already in the lobby because they did not lock the doors and had people inside. So I can order from the outside without a car but not while I’m inside? I saw the lobby register was closed but it would only take her a few steps to input my order in the register that is working? Wild.
Go to a jack n box somewhere in a nicer area(Santa Monica,Culver City,usc area,etc) there is such a big difference in taste of food and customer service..they actually care about the food presented and service….food in nicer areas actually looks like the food on the commercials
