This fast food restaurant is next to the road in a residential area. There are many residents in residential buildings and it is very convenient for shopping. However, recently, the construction site here will raise a lot of dust. If we don’t open, we don’t know that customers will still place orders here, which will cause us to run for nothing.
From the min I order through drive thru, I sence a bad vibe. The lady who took my order didn’t pay attention to what I said. I asked for 2 combos and only gave me one. When I arrived at the window to pick up she had a big attitude. Told her I was missing a soda, and she said you paid already. Told her yes 2 combos, a kids’ meal, and a side of lemonade. Not only did I have to pay for the additional soda, but when I got home, fries weren’t there either🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
This place is so nasty, so dury, and they have a bad attitude 😒 owner if u ready this sent someone of ur family and look and odder
Bad/dismissive drive through customer service. BRIANNA took my order as follows… I ordered two orders of tacos, 7 jalapeño poppers, a sourdough jack combo w/ curly fries and a medium orange drink, I specifically added another medium coke on the side. I drive up to the window and somehow my order was wrong or she made a mix up and charged me for ONLY 4 tacos I even pulled out a bigger bill to pay for my order. How does all of the above sound anywhere near JUST two orders of tacos. Instead of calling a manager to correct the issue she insisted that I couldn’t make any add-ons at the window. I told her there was a mistake and she said I she couldn’t do anything about it. I demanded a refund and she disappeared followed by another employee who came to the window to give me the wrong change… I just left to another jacks… DO BETTER!
Loved it me and my granny went to get some mini Tacos and they gave me Dem right away mann!
