This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this place & it will not be a third. Corporate, you all need to do something with the people you place as Manager’s that DO NOT know how to run a fast food place. The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE. Your manager Alicia need’s to go back to the drawing board & learn her responsibilities as manager all over again cause this facility is at it’s lowest. TRUST & BELIEVE IT!
Store #229. Order# 158. RUDE WORKER named Aniya didn’t want to give me condiments nor a well done request. She said she was about to get off work. I asked to order another item, I was told by another worker Marisol, a Hispanic girl with glasses. NO.. She said to leave the drive thru and come back to order something else. I ordered a faijita with chicken well done. The well done request was apparently a problem.
Gotta love those side salads for 3 bucks ,can’t stand most of the food there but the smash jack is pretty decent … I’d only come here if I had coupons tbh
I went back through drive through bcs my iced tea tasted old and that doesn’t taste good with a pita, the kid at the register gave me a sprite with fruit punch as a replacement after I asked him what he likes bcs I just wanted to make sure it was good and it was awesome thanks buddy. He even offered a new straw.
Whenever I come here I get the jack burger or the teriyaki chicken bowl with the curly fries. I don’t eat fast food but when I do I come to Jack in the box. For the late night hours snack before I go to sleep. The customer service is also on point. I am looking forward to coming here later on the year.
