The food here is trash every time I come here something is wrong. This time the Onion rings are burned and there is no hot sauce on my tacos where I ask for extra sauce. They are getting paid 20 an hour for what to mess up orders come jack do something. This is really ridiculous and I can’t even eat my food and no one has time to turn around to go back. It should be right the first time.
No hate to jack in the box the reason I rate it a 2 star is because it made my stomach hurts all the time i eat it this time it made me vomit but it’s not jack in the box fault because fast food like make my stomach hurt but the food is 6.6 thank you for the food even though I rate it a 1 star I want to say thank you and I’m grateful
Today 8/12 @6:30 order in drivethrue and they gave me my order wrong. I ask for the manager. And this idiot that answer the call. Said we dont have a manager. Which i know damm well shes lying. With her dumm self. So i told her what happen and she hand up the call on me. Ive been calling back and she dont answer she knows what she did.
Yall be hiring the wrong people for yall bussiness. She needs to get out of here. You guys are only taking our $$$ with that bad srvice. Not happy at all.
It was extremely busy and the employees focused more on putting the homeless out rather than take my order.When I did order a received my burger was basically thrown together with poor quality.I was on my lunch break and very disappointed with the quality of my burger only things that were good were my overload cake and the curly fries
I knew they were going to be out of the chocolate cake!
Order was correct despite our confusing order. So they get gold stars, I guess.
