1. While the waiting time can be quite lengthy, the overall experience more than makes up for it. The food is exceptional, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. The ambiance is magnificent, creating the perfect setting for a memorable outing. This place truly offers a 5-star experience and is the best spot to have a wonderful time. Despite the wait, every aspect—from the delicious food to the outstanding service and beautiful ambiance—is worth it.

2. It’s literally an awesome restaurant. Serves mouth watering South Indian delicacies. Atmosphere and service is commendable. It’s one of the most preferred options, be it for a cozy family dinner or a simply chilling out with friends. The prices are a bit high but definitely a place worth going back repeatedly.
   Unpopular opinion: The washrooms are very neat!

3. I had heard about this place from many friends and food bloggers, but it was not that great as I expected The food was decent but not that extraordinary.
   Their dosas were good, tried their filter hot as well as cold coffee they were really good.
   Overall a good place for South Indian food.
   Also I had to wait for at least 30 minutes so please try to reserve a table before coming.

4. Came here for breakfast on a weekend and was surprised to see so many people here for breakfast. And mostly young people. The restaurant is located on 2nd floor which is accessible by steps and no lift is available. Good food, good ambiance. Though the person taking order seemed distracted and did not come to take our order for sometime. Had to go to the cashier to place order directly. They automatically take service charge , which most South Indian restaurants do not charge in India.
   They have a savory section on ground floor , their coconut oil bananchips cost about Rs.1000/kg and their Coconut kaddookas cost about Rs.1400/kg.

5. Delicious Breakfast at Juggernaut – A Mixed Experience

   We recently celebrated a birthday breakfast at Juggernaut in Kailash Colony and had an overall enjoyable experience, though with a few hiccups. Here’s a detailed review:

   Ambiance and Environment:
   Juggernaut has a pleasant and inviting ambiance, perfect for a relaxing breakfast. The decor is traditional yet modern, providing a comfortable dining experience.

   Complimentary Papad and Rasam:
   We were served complimentary Papad and Rasam, which was a nice gesture. However, it took more than half an hour for the Rasam to arrive, which was a bit disappointing.

   Food Quality and Taste:
   We ordered a variety of South Indian dishes, and each one was delicious and well-prepared. Here’s what we tried:

   – Masala Dosa: Crispy and filled with flavorful masala.
   – Mysore Masala: A spicy twist on the classic masala dosa that we thoroughly enjoyed.
   – Idli Sambar: Soft idlis with perfectly spiced sambar.
   – Small Idli: Bite-sized idlis that were a delightful treat.
   – Onion Rawa Dosa: Crispy and delicious with the perfect amount of onions.

   Unfortunately, the Mendu Vada we ordered never arrived, although it was billed. We had to inform the staff, and after cross-verification, it was removed from our bill.

   Service:
   The service was where Juggernaut fell short. The delay in receiving the Rasam and the oversight with the Mendu Vada were notable issues. While the staff was polite and resolved the billing issue promptly, the overall service could have been more attentive and efficient.

   Overall Experience:
   Despite the service issues, the quality of the food made up for it. Juggernaut serves some of the best South Indian breakfast items we’ve had, and we would recommend it for the food alone. However, they could definitely work on improving their service to provide a smoother dining experience.
