1. The staff was amazing! I think her name was Kisha. Food was fresh and hot! So good! Wish we lived here! I’d come back all the time! Thanks for the strong drinks and awesome food!

2. Before I start my review, understand I usually try to eat on the healthier side.. I do a lot of air frying, and I have learned at home how to air fry some of the most amazing what would have usually been deep-fried chicken recipes. With that being said, when we saw that they bake their food and do not fry it, we were all about trying this place.

   First, the positive. The server was excellent, and we subsequently started with fried pickles. All of the fried pickles came out soggy, and definitely, nothing was crispy at all. We ate a few and tried it from different portions of the basket but did not eat most of it. We ordered chicken wings with a variety of sauces. I have no idea what their variation of baked is, but the chicken had the most God-awful taste in a chicken I have ever tasted. There were several of us at the table; we tried different wings and tried different areas. The taste was so foul/pungent that we did not finish the wings; we couldn’t. We did order the chicken taco, which was actually good. The fries were the soggiest, most tasteless order of fries I have ever had in my life. By how bad the food tasted, I was looking around to see if I was on an episode of Bar Rescue and if Taffer would come in and yell, “Shut it down.”

   We love baking, grilling, and air frying chicken, including breast, whole chicken, chicken wings, and even french fries. I have no idea how or why the chicken tasted almost like it was rotten and why the fries were soggy along with the fries. The only good thing was the chicken taco.

   Overall, I would avoid this place like the plaque for food. Their drink selection was good, as well as the service we had (That is why they get 2 stars). But, in my opinion, I am not sure that someone wouldn’t get sick from the food here.

3. The traditional wings at Island Wing Co were delicious. I wasn’t a big fan of the Sweet Thai Chili sauce, it was super sweet and sticky. The wings were decently sized. The fries were okay, nothing spectacular.

4. Well, where do I even begin with this disaster of a dining experience? We originally went in wanting to sit in the cool A/C, but apparently, that’s a luxury reserved for others. They didn’t bother to give us a wait time for indoors and just plopped us outside in the sweltering heat, under a broken fan that might as well have been blowing hot air.

   To add insult to injury, they seated a couple at a table meant for six (inside) just minutes after we were seated outside. Clearly, table management is not their forte.

   The service? Oh boy, don’t get me started. We had not one, not two, but three different servers throughout the meal. It’s like they were playing musical chairs with their staff.

   And the food? Well, after waiting a torturous hour, we finally received half of our order. The other half decided to make a fashionable entrance 20 minutes later, as if we were just dying to eat our meal in shifts.

   Honestly, save yourself the frustration and find a McDonalds as they probably have better customer service

5. Went out with the family to Island Wing Co. We come here weekly, and they never disappoint. We had wings, pesto chicken, ahi tuna, bbq chicken and bacon flatbread and fries. It was all delicious and the service was great as usual. And as a bonus everything is there is baked not fried! See you next time.
