1. Isabelle is wonderful and I can’t recommend her highly enough. My ex-husband and I interviewed 5 different realtors to help us sell our home in Noe Valley last spring. Isabelle stood out from the rest. She is the consummate professional and was clear and direct in her advice about when and how to prepare our house for sale. She is so responsive and made our experience so much easier, including when a huge tree fell in our backyard 2 weeks before our house went on the market. Our house sold within one week, with multiple offers and way over the asking price. I was so pleased with her representation that I worked with her again to buy my new house in Bernal Heights. I got the first house that I put an offer on and there were 6 other buyers. There were other homes that I seriously considered but Isabelle advised me to pass on them because she felt that I could find a place that would better fit my needs and she was absolutely right. I am so happy with my new house and so glad that I waited. Isabelle’s knowledge of San Francisco, her experience with the market, and her superb negotiating skills made all of the difference. Hire her, take her advice and you will be so happy that you did.

2. We bought our apartment in 2011 in Bernal Heights with Isabelle and sold it in May 2024, with Isabelle! Very fast process from the moment we handed the keys to Isabelle and her team. Here some of the important steps that she took care of:
   – getting contractors lined up for repairs
   – organizing the staging
   – open houses and tours
   – marketing materials (website, promotion, etc)
   We got several great offers for buyers and closed on one. All of the above in about 1 1/2 month total, and we were not even in a hurry!

   Isabelle is to the point, very well organized and works with a great team, very aligned with her approach and work ethics.

3. We bought our first home in SF with Isabelle’s help in 2013.
   We have loved working with her, she has a great contact, listens and understands your needs.
   She found us a great home and helped us, then first-time buyers, navigate the process smoothly.
   She knows the San Francisco market inside and out and her insight will save you a lot of time and hassle.
   In January 2022, she and her team helped us sell our place: thanks to her apt coaching, we strategized and were able to put our place on the market at the perfect time and to sell quickly.
   She then helped us buy our next home, a house in a very hot market. We couldn’t be happier with how the whole process went. Isabelle and her team are super professional, organized and on top of every detail. They will also be able to recommend services such as stagers, contractors and movers.
   We can only warmly recommend Isabelle Grotte and team to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property in San Francisco.

5. Isabelle is amazing! We could not have asked for a better experience with a real estate agent. She guided us through the whole process, from the initial meeting to the house preparation, to the negotiations with buyers. She is organized, transparent, detail-oriented, savvy and kind. She worked with specialists and skilled workers to get things done on a very tight timeline. We could not be more happy with the result, especially in this difficult market.
