Stayed there a couple of weeks. Had a clogged toilet and was told to buy myself a plunger and fix the problem myself. It was so bad it started leaking into room below. They had no onsite maintenance personnel and sent someone from 100 miles away to fix toilet but he was an unqualified novice.
I ended up leaving because of this. Also when we got there we checked in on a Monday because they don’t have anyone period on Sunday there but someone to open doors in event you have key issues. So tell me why did they charge use for an extra night at a single night rate of 77 dollars while we were not able to even use the bathroom there. A total joke plus we left they said we will issue you a refund lies . For anyone planning to stay there I strongly advise if you value indoor plumbing you stay elsewhere!!
I enjoyed my week stay with In Town Suites in Tuscaloosa Alabama. I felt safe n secured of being a female by myself. It’s a very Clean, Quiet n Safe Environment place.
All Staffs there was very Friendly n Helpful if you needed anything.
The General Manager Rena White was very helpful, Friendly n Professional getting me all set up with my room. she’s straight to the point of the rules n means what she says!! . Which I liked that, that keeps everything running like it needs to be for everyone staying there. But to Rena personally I’m got to say it.. “Roll Tide “ with a big Smile 😁
Especially to the Housekeeper “Anika” she was the Best 👍❤️ most Friendliest person that never meets a stranger. She’ll talk to you n comfort you like she’s been knowing you for years. Not only does she keep the rooms n building clean she can also be a friend to talk to when you just need someone sometimes to tell you everything is gonna be okay 😊❤️ She’s a wonderful person to get to know n meet. 😊
So I definitely do recommend this Friendly,Clean, Quiet n Safe Environment place to Stay for Anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at Inn Town suites. The General Manager Rena and front desk staff Jameka had great customer service, they ensured my stay was comfortable and pleasant. They shared in my excitement for being back in T-Town. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.
Management and rooms were great! Everyone working there was very friendly. Air conditioning was super! The problem with housekeeping they only got our sheets 1 time in the month we were. Maintenance was slow at getting things fixed. My stay over all was great. I would go back any time if I needed to.
I enjoyed my stay with in town suites the room was very clean only thing I had a problem with they didn’t change my bed cover I had to do it myself and they kept promising me to fix the tv never did but I enjoyed my stay and Renee was very helpful and good customer service I stayed there for 2 months u all doing a amazing job thanks again u all if I need to stay some where again I will be back to you all !!;;
