The rooms are nice and clean. Perfect for my life’s requirements. One bill and no worries. If you are single or have a small family, it’s perfect for people on a budget. Things are tight for everyone and, my staying has lifted weight from my shoulders.
Location was good because it’s not far from my job. Service was good because Debanarius and Tinaquia were nice and addressed my concerns. The overall experience was horrible. The roaches were so bad and got into my things once I brought them in. They crawled on me at night and woke me out of my sleep which made it hard for me to sleep. The only reason I stayed is because I already paid my money and couldn’t wait days for a refund back to my card to stay elsewhere. There were cracks in the walls and around base of floor where the roaches would go in and out. The ceiling leaked and wet some of my clothes. This was supposed to be a newly renovated premium room as told to me by the call center when I checked on pricing. The guy at the front desk Debanarius was informed of the roach problem and the ceiling leak and came right away to check it but could not locate the source of the problem. Then after he got off of work he went to the store and purchased a can of bug spray with his own money until pest control came. His customer service and rapid response was the only other reason I stayed besides already paying for the room. I included a picture of the cracks in the closet area.
The floor is horrible, if you go out and come to this hotel drunk you don’t want your body falling on that floor for anything in the world. The roaches are cool though they don’t come out the bathroom so that’s good but the bathroom door was halfway ripped off as if a domestic violence situation was happening in that bathroom and someone hid in the bathroom while the other kicked it down and basically broke the door and the hotel staff left it that way, they fixed it after a month. I have a friend that stays there and they would not allow me to take pictures of the room but do not come here if you are looking for comfort. The floor under the bed looks like an abyss. It looks great on the outside but not worth the cheap pay.
My family and I needed to stay for a month while in the process of moving to Texas. I’m really big on cleanliness so I was hectic of staying here but our overall one month stay was really really great. The staff was amazing, the house keepers, front desk with lady with dreads and the maintenance guy were wonderful. Check in was smooth and when we checked in, the rooms were clean it did have an odor but once I did my own cleaning the smell was gone in a day. Room was just right for my two toddlers(1), husband and I . I did get a complaint about my kids running around but we were there a month and of course toddlers jump scream and everything else . Roaches were not a problem for us. The first night we seen one small roach, the second night and the third night but of course once I cleaned and mopped and the room stayed clean we never seen them again. But anyway. Rooms were great and staff was amazing location was everything surrounded by all food and shopping centers. Door dashed almost everyday, food was hot and there within 15 that’s how close everything is. We stayed in room 226- we would def stay again.
it was a pleasant experience for the most part, the staff were polite, while guests were loud, the staff did well to make a good showing..
my room does need a screen on the window.. but all in all a nice experience
