Room is very clean and comfortable. Debanaries is wonderful. Very knowledgeable of his job. Great customer service. Always has a smile when greeting you. Always walking the property keeping everything in working condition and making sure the rules are being enforced. Give him a raise.
The manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the company. The building was very clean in appearance and the rates were fair compared to others. Some rooms were being renovated and cleaned for viewing. Overall this establishment rates high on my list.
It’s ok now, I had to do too much work in my place and it still is not alright. But the one bright spot is the new manager Joey Davis. He is very professional and has great customer service. He needs a raise and I hope he stays here for the long term

I am currently staying at InTown Suites Extended Stay Birmingham AL – Homewood (90 Oxmoor Road), and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Sanitation Issues:
From the moment I entered my room, I discovered roaches in the cabinets. This is a severe health and safety violation, making the room entirely unsanitary and uninhabitable. The presence of these pests indicates a complete lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.
Lack of Response from Management:
I immediately reported this issue to the hotel management via email and followed up after nearly 24 hours without any response. Despite my urgent requests for action, I received no acknowledgment or attempt to rectify the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for guest concerns is completely unacceptable.
Unresolved and Ongoing Issues:
Even as I write this review, I am still staying here because I have no alternative accommodation at the moment. The management’s failure to address this issue or offer any assistance leaves me with no choice but to endure these deplorable conditions.

Disgusting, the place was filthy. The young lady running a place doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing she’s in over her head and she shouldn’t have that job and she is not very fond of white people. Avoid this place at all cost, do yourself a favor want to stay someplace a little bit cleaner a little bit nicer just stay out on the street. The manager is a child, she likes to show off if she has a crowd and talk about other and talk about other people. The place needs to be shut down condemned is filthy just like the manager
